Rapid Technic GmbH in Osterburken has signed a purchase agreement for the radio-controlled caterpillar division of Niko GmbH Maschinen- und Fahrzeugbau in Bühl, Germany, effective 8 December 2022. With the purchase of the caterpillar division, Rapid will further expand the vertical integration of the company and thus increase the competitiveness of the caterpillars.
