The clamping soleplate is a slim moulded soleplate for increasing the cutting height to 6-8 cm. With the clamping soles on the finger bar, the cutting height can be influenced accordingly without negatively affecting the function of the cutter bar and the discharge of the clippings.
- Better regrowth of grassland, especially in dry conditions after mowing, due to higher cutting height and therefore more remaining vegetation
- Lower forage contamination due to higher cutting height and therefore fewer tools to be set low in subsequent work steps
- Protection of small creatures and creation of refuge areas through higher cutting heights
- In the medium term, denser crops and more stable swards for better passability of areas due to higher cutting heights and protected grass crops
- Increased cutting height from standard cutting height of approx. 4 cm to 6-8 cm due to non-adjustable clamp sole
- Direct, non-delayed height guidance of the cutter bar due to the clamp soles positioned directly below the cutter bar
- No ground penetration of the cutter bar in cropped terrain due to the clamp soles positioned directly below the cutter bar
- Easy installation and disassembly of the clamp soles due to simple clamping mechanism and use of standard tools
- Individual placement and installation of the clamp sole over the entire bar width possible as it can be mounted without holes or hole patterns
- No disturbance due to restricted forage flow or dirt raised by design with a slim geometry
- Side guidance for driving along contour lines due to specifically shaped webs on the cast clamp soles
