Municipal beams

Municipal beams are, as the name suggests, primarily used for municipal applications on public green areas (meadows, embankments, roadsides, etc.). They produce a less precise cutting pattern, but have a very low risk of clogging. This cutter bar also works well on overgrown green areas, in the case of foreign objects in the crop or half-rotten residue after the previous year's mowing, with a low risk of damage.

Double-knife beams

Double-knife beams are mainly used in the municipal sector, but also in agriculture. Use on public green spaces requires a low risk of blockages in particular, with the precise cutting pattern being less important.

Finger bar

• Centre cut: Centre cut bars are characterised by a very good cutting pattern due to the excellent guidance of the blades of grass. This system is particularly effective on natural meadows and mountain pastures. In mast crops, the clippings tend to clog on the centre-cut bar due to the small finger spacing. One advantage of the small finger spacing, however, is the reduced risk of blade damage from stones.
• Ruby cut: The ruby cut bar is a proprietary Rapid development that combines the features of the tried and tested classics. The ruby cut bar is characterised by a beautiful cutting pattern and good feed flow. It is therefore the perfect all-rounder bar for every situation.
• Normal cut: Normal cut bars are less common when mounted on Rapid implements. Although they have a reduced cutting pattern, they score points for their excellent forage flow and low risk of blockages. The normal cut bar is particularly impressive on artificial meadows, in overgrown organic areas with late cutting times and in mast stands.

Thanks to various options such as the Rapid clamping sole or outsole, the cutting height can be optimised to suit your needs. Rapid flail mowers cut and chop grasses and young growth finely and deposit the mulch cleanly

Rapid ecomulchers are perfect for mulching undergrowth and green areas. The horizontally rotating, solid steel blades have a high cutting capacity. The finely mulched clippings are generally left on the ground. This method of operation enables quick and clean maintenance of a wide variety of green areas.
