He uses the Rapid single-axle mowers with bar mower and Twister for around 20 hectares of biodiversity areas. The cutting height is set to 10 cm here, as this is prescribed by FEDRO due to the promotion of biodiversity. The Orbito with the SM 130 flail mower is used on rest areas and farm tracks. He currently has an Orbito and a Monta at his disposal. "The machines are cost-effective, manoeuvrable, lightweight and fuel-efficient - that makes them ideal for our daily tasks," explains Blättler.
